CIS Arbitration Professionals Group to Be Launched in London

British-Russian Law Association and Clifford Chance announced the creation of a new group for arbitration professionals under 40 years of age with an interest in Russia-related matters, whether based in Moscow, London or elsewhere.

The idea is to organize several meetings a year to discuss arbitration involving Russian/CIS interests or parties.

Future events will entail panel discussions and more structured dialogue, but the organizers want to keep the first
event informal, to let people get to know each other.

The organizers invite those who are interested to attend a networking reception on Thursday, 24 February 2011
from 19:00-22:00 at the Marx Memorial Library (near Farringdon Station).

Drinks and canapés will be offered, as well as a short talk about Lenin’s London years (he had an office in
the same building as the reception will be held).

RSVP by Monday, 20 February 2011, to christina.
