Семинар Морской арбитражной комиссии при ТПП РФ по морскому страхованию пройдет в сентябре

13 сентября 2018 г. Морская арбитражная комиссия при Торгово-промышленной палате Российской Федерации проводит семинар “Безопасность мореплавания и морское страхование – правовые аспекты и арбитражная практика“. Своим опытом в этой сфере поделятся арбитры МАК и другие опытные специалисты. Формат круглого стола позволит высказать свое мнение всем участникам.

Темы для обсуждения:

1. Разрешение в МАК споров из договоров морского страхования: обзор, основные вопросы и тенденции (Давыденко Д.Л., кандидат юридических наук, ответственный секретарь МАК, арбитр МАК при ТПП РФ).

2. Состояние и перспективы развития отрасли морского страхования (спикер уточняется).

On 13 September 2018 Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (MAC) holds a seminar “Safety of Navigation and Marine Insurance – Legal Aspects and Arbitration Practice” The MAC arbitrators and other specialists will share their experience in this area. The format of the roundtable will provide an opportunity to speak for all participants.

Topics for discussion:

1. Resolution of disputes arising from marine insurance contracts: main issues and trends (Dmitry Davydenko, Candidate of Law, Executive Secretary of the MAC, arbitrator).

2. Status and development of the marine insurance industry (the speaker is being specified).

3. Navigation safety issues in the MAC practice (Stanislav Bulgakov, Ph.D., sea captain, Chairman of the MAC Appointment Committee and Arbitrator).

4. Parties to the marine insurance contract: issues of referral of the dispute to the MAC (Anna Arkhipova, Candidate of Legal Sciences, consultant of the Private Law Research Center under the President of the Russian Federation, arbitrator).

5. Evidence in the arbitration of insurance disputes: standards and the burden of proof.

5.1. Gross negligence in marine insurance. Standards, burden, and methods of proof (Yuri Fogelson, Doctor of Law, Professor of the Higher School of Economics; Polina Kondratyuk, lawyer, tribunal secretary at MAC);
