IAC Eurasia Arbitration Week: 30 June – 3 July 2026 in Astana

CIS Arbitration Forum is pleased to support the fourth annual IAC Eurasia Arbitration Week 2026 (EAW26), the leading international arbitration event in Eurasia, taking place during 30 June – 3 July 2026 in Astana, Kazakhstan.

IAC EAW26 will bring together leading policymakers, academics, in-house counsel, private practice lawyers, and arbitrators from around the world. The event provides a unique platform for participants to engage with internationally recognised experts in arbitration and dispute resolution. The programme will feature panel discussions, keynote sessions, interactive masterclasses, and advocacy style debates.

This year’s programme will feature distinguished contributions from Gary Born, one of the world’s leading authorities in international arbitration, and Professor Loukas Mistelis, internationally recognised arbitration scholar and expert on the Queen Mary International Arbitration Survey.

On June 30 (Training Day), a professional training programme, “The Arbitrator’s Toolkit: From Appointment to Final Award”, will provide practical guidance on arbitrator appointments, tribunal management, evidentiary issues and drafting enforceable awards, equipping participants with practical tools for their arbitration practice. And on July 3, the IAC, in collaboration with the Commercial Law Development Programme (CLDP), will host “IAC Young Lawyers’ Day: Arbitration Leaders of Tomorrow”, bringing together professors, deans, rectors, young lawyers and students from leading Eurasian universities.
