5 декабря 2017 года Торгово-промышленная палата Российской Федерации проводит Международную научно-практическую конференцию, посвященную 85-летию Международного коммерческого арбитражного суда при ТПП РФ.

На конференцию приглашены российские и зарубежные представители юридического сообщества, общественных объединений и бизнес-структур, органов законодательной, исполнительной и судебной власти.

Среди приглашенных спикеров и модераторов судья Верховного суда РФ Наталья Павлова, Председатель Правления Арбитражного института Торговой палаты Стокгольма, профессор кафедры права Уппсальского университета Кай Хобер, Заслуженный деятель науки  РФ, д.ю.н., профессор Тамара Абова,  арбитр Арбитражного суда при Экономической палате Чешской Республики и Аграрной палате Чешской Республики,  д.ю.н., профессор Александр  Белоглавек,  партнер и глава практики международного арбитража Integrites в странах СНГ Елена Перепелинская, старший юрист агентства Germany Trade & Invest (Германия, г. Бонн), арбитр МКАС при ТПП РФ Дмитрий Маренков.

On-line registration for the conference on the occasion of  85th anniversary of the ICAC in Moscow is open until 1 December.

On 5 December 2017, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (RF CCI) holds an International Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the RF CCI.

Russian and foreign representatives of the legal community, public associations and business structures, legislative, executive and judicial bodies are expected at the Conference. Speakers include Judge of the Russian Supreme Court Natalia Pavlova, Chairman of the Board of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Professor of the Department of Law of Uppsala University Kaj Hober, Professor Tamara Abova, Arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic Professor Alexander Beloglavek, Head of International Arbitration Practice in the CIS of Integrites law firm  Elena Perepelinskaya, senior lawyer of the Germany Trade & Invest (Germany, Bonn) Dmitry Marenkov.

The conference will discuss topical issues of international commercial arbitration in Russia and abroad.
