The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) is hosting an international arbitration conference addressing the exclusive theme of the Synergy and divergence between civil and common law in international arbitration.
It is the final event in a three-part conference series which will discuss the topic from a European and American angle, with high profile speakers including Lord Keen of Elie QC, Lord Goldsmith QC PC, Lord Neuberger of Abbotsbury and many more. The conference will be taking place in Paris on 7 – 8 December.
