Global South and ISDS Certificate Course

Applications are now open for the Global South and ISDS Certificate Course, taking place 24–25 April 2026 in an online format and organised by Arbitration Lab.

The programme is an intensive two-day training designed to explore the theory and practice of investor–State dispute settlement (ISDS) from Global South perspectives.

Bringing together leading academics and practitioners from India, Nigeria, the United Kingdom and beyond, the course examines key issues in international investment law, including substantive standards of protection, procedural challenges, and ongoing reform debates. The programme also covers advocacy skills and insights into career pathways in international arbitration.

It is an excellent opportunity to engage with experts and peers from around the world and receive a certificate from Arbitration Lab upon completion.
