Тезисы выступления к.ю.н. Давыденко Д.Л. на Центрально-Азиатском научно-образовательном форуме «Право как основа региональной экономической интеграции» на базе Казахского национального университета имени аль-Фараби в секции о центрах разрешения коммерческих споров 13.06.2024: “Что учитывать участникам ВЭД при формулировке контрактных оговорок о порядке разрешения споров сегодня”.

Изложены соображения о том, что участникам международной торговли следует учитывать при формулировании контрактных оговорок о порядке разрешения споров, в т.ч. выборе арбитражного учреждения и места арбитража.
Высказана мысль о востребованности нейтральной международной онлайн-площадки для отзывов пользователей о работе центров разрешения споров.
В конце презентации имеется эскиз памятки для участников ВЭД при составлении контрактной оговорки о порядке разрешения споров.

Abstracts of the speech at the Central Asian scientific and educational forum “Law as the basis of regional economic integration” on the basis of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in the section on centers for resolving commercial disputes 06/13/2024. Considerations are outlined on what participants in international trade should take into account when formulating contractual clauses on the procedure for resolving disputes, incl. choosing an arbitral institution and place of arbitration.

The idea was expressed about the demand for a neutral international online platform for user feedback on the work of dispute resolution centers.

At the end of the presentation there is a sketch of a checklist for participants in foreign trade activities when drawing up a contractual clause on the procedure for resolving disputes.
